With the end of summer, we’re back to our regularly scheduled luncheon ~ the third Wednesday of the month. And we returned with a terrific special speaker. Our presenter, Jim McEntire, has over 45+ years of successful small business ownership, leading more than 60 workers to enjoy coming to work, engaged in helping him achieve his business goals, and showing up for work.

Jim got everyone involved as we’re all facing similar challenges of finding enough of the right employees. The twist was not only recognizing what you want or need FROM your employees but what you want FOR our employees. That really got us thinking.
