North Area Meals on Wheels

NAMOW Mission: To provide nutritious meals to seniors, the homebound and the disabled in northern Onondaga County, and to advocate for their overall well-being.
With the help of more than 300 volunteers, North Area Meals on Wheels serve over 400 meals daily and more than 120,000 meals each year. Meals on Wheels services are provided on a short or long term basis, to those who are unable to shop and/or prepare meals on their own. North Area Meals on Wheels (NAMOW) helps seniors and the disabled stay in their own homes and maintain their independence. From our kitchen to their homes, our caring volunteers deliver nutritious meals.
