April 19, 2023 Luncheon Recap

We had the privilege of having Daniel Ciciarelli, Town of Salina Third Ward Councilor speak at our April Chamber Luncheon.
Thank you, Dan, for your insightful presentation on what is happening in our area, and specifically the Community Center.
Your passion and enthusiasm for our community is infectious, and it’s clear that you have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. All our attendees left with a deeper understanding and excitement for the Community Center. We love the idea of a Mattydale/Hinsdale museum featuring the Wizard of Oz. Howie Krueger has shared many stories of Frank Baum & Wizard of Oz as he has a close connection with his childhood home and current Funeral Home located on the former Baum Family property. And, of course, the Yellow Brick Road aka Plank Road is near and dear to us at Cicero-Plank Road Chamber.
